Every permit checklist and application form the City of Holly Hill publishes, stored here exactly as the city issues it. These are public records and no account is needed to download them. Each checklist lists the documents that must accompany that permit type, including certificates of general liability and workers' compensation insurance (or a state workers' compensation exemption certificate). Permit fees are calculated from the scope of work you submit and are billed on the invoice issued after the Building Division reviews your application, so no payment is required to start.
