Public permit lookup is open to everyone and does not need an account. Only issued and closed permits are published, and applicant details, documents and payment information are never shown. Permits issued from 2024 onward appear here. For earlier permits, or for copies of plans, inspection reports and other permit documents, file a public records request with the City Clerk under Florida's public records law (Chapter 119, Florida Statutes).
